Residential Practitioner:
A residential practitioner at Divine Lights rents a dedicated space, which can either be shared with other practitioners or a solo space. They have the flexibility to personalize the room’s decor and setup. Residential practitioners pay a monthly fee and are exempt from commissions on both service and classroom fees. This option is only available to established practitioners who have been a visiting practitioner for a minimum of 60 days.

- Free Use of Classroom and Yoga Studio: Practitioners have access to these spaces for classes, workshops, or private sessions at no additional cost.
- Access to Book Appointments After Hours: They can schedule appointments even when the store is closed, offering more flexibility in their scheduling.
- Permanent Online Presence: Their profile is continuously displayed on the Divine Lights website and social media for enhanced visibility.
- Lowest Expo Space Fees: Enjoy the lowest fees for expo participation at Divine Lights.
- Free Business Mentoring: Receive complimentary mentoring focused on business growth and success. (Up to 60 minute sessions twice a month. Additional time available for discounted rate for cash or store hour exchange.)
- 10% Discount on Vendor Fees: Practitioners get a 10% discount on vendor fees for products sold in the store, for a total of 30% verse 40%.
- Guaranteed Ability to Participate in Illumination Saturday: Residential practitioners are guaranteed a spot in this event, shared spaces must work out schedule amongst themselves.
- Access to Post on Divine Lights’ Facebook Page: Residential practitioners can post on the store’s Facebook page to engage with the community and promote their services.
- Requires a 1 - 4 hour store shift a month in the storefront.
Visiting Practitioner:
A visiting practitioner shares space and offers services on a part-time basis, paying a rental commission instead of a fixed monthly fee. These practitioners can book appointments within store hours and benefit from the Divine Lights community without committing to a permanent space.
Benefits of Being a Visiting Practitioner
- Rental Commission Structure:
- 25% Rental Commission on sessions booked outside of Divine Lights. (You Retain 75% of session fees.)
- 50% commission on sessions booked in connection with Divine Lights (e.g., walk-ins, social media referrals, store shifts).
- You retain 100% of your tips.
- Appointments Held During Store Hours: Visiting practitioners can offer their services while the store is open.
- Offer Instant Readings on divinelightsmn.com via our Tawk Program for 50% commissions
- 5% Discount on Vendor Fees: Visiting practitioners receive a 5% discount on vendor fees for products sold within the store, for a total of 35% verses 40%.
- Discounted Classroom and Yoga Studio Fees: They can access these spaces at reduced rates to conduct classes, workshops, or private sessions. $25 for 2 hours for the classroom and $40 per hour for the yoga studio.
- Lower Expo Space Fees: Enjoy discounted fees for expo participation at Divine Lights.
- Free Business Mentoring: Complimentary mentoring is provided to support their business growth. (Up to 30 minute sessions once month. Additional time available for discounted rate for cash or store hour exchange. Limited to 4 months.)
- Social Media Feature: Visiting practitioners receive a promotional post on Divine Lights’ social media when they’ve scheduled their availability in advance, by noon the Friday before.
- Requires a 1 - 4 hour store shift a month in the storefront.
Visiting Pop-Up Practitioner:
A visiting pop-up practitioner shares space and offers services on a part-time basis, paying an hourly rental fee. These practitioners can book appointments within store hours and benefit from the Divine Lights community space without committing to a permanent space.
- $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
- Must be your own clientele, walk in sessions not available with this practitioner type.
- Not available on Illumination Saturday.
